    • Jordan and Halstead launch into the Chester property market

    • Jordan and Halstead, residential letting agents of Chester, had their formal launch into the Chester property market on May 7th 2008, with a champagne reception at their office followed by a day at Chester Races.

Following the successful acquisition of Jordan's of Chester on 1st February this year, Jordan and Halstead have fully refurbished their offices at 11 Grosvenor Street and carried out a complete re branding of the business. Look out for the striking lime green and black letting's boards, they are popping up all over Chester and the surrounding area.

This well established business, Jordan's has been operating in Chester since 1992, is now a family owned business and is firmly focused on it's mission to offer the best in residential property management and renting homes.

Andy Halstead, the owner of the business is very keen to make the distinction between properties and homes. For landlords he is very clear, they want to maximise the capital value of their investment and also generate optimal yields. Andy is equally clear about his vision for tenants, they want homes he say's, in which they can be happy and secure.

    • Andy believes the market has never been better for letting property. He say's that the confidence has been drained out of buying property. More and more people in Chester are turning to renting. We need more landlords say's Andy, we have record levels of tenants making enquiries and calling in to see us.

Joanna Dickens is the manager of the business and she leads a very energetic team; Sara Roberts is the head of property management, Jordan Halstead ( Andy's son ) is the lead negotiator and Jen Cross is the office based property manager.

Jordan and Halstead are different, they focus entirely on residential letting's, Joanna believes this gives them an edge when it comes to delivering customer service. We are not estate agents says Joanna, we only have one priority and that is to be the very best letting agent in Chester, our landlords and tenants are all that matter to us.

Sara Roberts who has been with the business since it opened in Chester in 1992 says that 'innovation is now the by word in our business', we are constantly looking for new and improved ways to deliver the best to our landlords and tenants. Our latest product ' RENT ON TIME ' guarantees to pay our landlords their rent in full, every month. In the difficult economic times that we are experiencing, this is more important than ever.

So, Chester has a new business in the world of property, landlords and tenants of Chester have much to be excited about, and it all kicks off with a day of celebration on May 7th 2008. Joanna, Sara, Jordan and Jen assure you of the most warm welcome and invite you to visit them at their new offices any time soon!
