One of the region’s most popular French restaurants has undergone a stylish makeover to bring even more zest to the Chester dining scene.
Francs has been delighting Cestrian gourmands for the past 20 years. The bistro’s offering of great food, great prices and an informal, friendly atmosphere have proved a winning combination. In recent years, the restaurant had become a little staid, however – a ‘faded favourite’. But no longer. A whopping quarter-of-a-million pounds has been spent by new owners the What’s Cooking Group to bring Francs smartly into the 21st century.
