"The Black Dog of Waverton, Has red and aweful eyes, And when it runs beside a man, He withers and dies.

The Black Dog of Waverton, Has quickly panting breath, And if you meet it in the night, You smell the sent of death.

The Back Dog of Waverton, Has death for its delight, I wonder when the time will come, It ran by me tonight".
