Tropeiro is a Brazilian steak house based on the rodizio concept which translates into English as continuous service. In Brazil we take the simplest idea of combining seasoned meat and flames with patience and skill to capture their individual flavours.
The savoury cuts on skewers are then carved at the tableside at the guests request. Each bite is a freshly carved slice of meat which seals in juices and flavours, a transcendent experience.
Our menu offers ten different cuts of meat - beef, pork, lamb and chicken and a sumptuous buffet of gourmet salads and fresh-cut vegetables and a variety of side dishes. At Tropeiro, an endless array of meat is yours for the choosing.
