Tropeiro is a Brazilian steak house based on the rodizio concept which translates into English as continuous service. In Brazil we take the simplest idea of combining seasoned meat and flames with patience and skill to capture their individual flavours.
The savoury cuts on skewers are than carved at the tableside at the guests request. Each bite is a freshly carved slice of meat which seals in juices and flavours, a transcendent experience.
