The Old Farmhouse

The Old Farmhouse is a delightful 18th century building.
Built circa 1750 it only ceased to be a farm in 1963.
A warm welcome to this AA 4-star rated house from your host, Jane, is assured,
with tea/ coffee being served in the lounge or on the patio on arrival.
Two cosy bedrooms, equipped with a wealth of thoughtful extras, are available -
one double, with en-suite facilities, and one twin, with its own private facilities.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
Please note that we are a no smoking house.
The breakfast menu includes smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, home-made preserves and freshly baked bread.
The village of Waverton has a pub - The Black Dog - within easy walking distance, where good value pub meals and real ale are available. There are also many other excellent pubs and restaurants within easy driving distance.
Your host, Jane, is very knowledgeable about the area and will be pleased to advise you on local attractions and events. She also speaks French and German.
Children over 12 (+)years welcome. Single occupancy £35-£45 per person, per night.
