The Morris Dancer is a large rural pub serving fantastic international dishes using local produce and the best of what's in season.
Now under new ownership the Morris Dancer has a stylish yet traditional dining area, outside seating, and a relaxing lounge area.
The Heart of The Village
The Morris Dancer is now a family run business, we took over at the end of January 2008. Unlike previous tenants we are here for the long term and would hope that our commitment to the business and the community can be seen visually through the cleaning and redecoration that has taken place on the exterior and interior of the building. On top of that we have also removed the less desirable clientele who were previously using the premises. The Morris Dancer now has a very warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which has resulted in many locals returning who have not been in The Morris Dancer for many years. We pride ourselves on good service, quality food and a clean, relaxed environment.
We are family friendly, we cater for large and small groups at any time of the day and our function room is available for christenings, conferences, parties, weddings and seminars.
As a result of all the hard work the restaurant has also re-opened and has been named SEASONS, to reflect our desire to provide varied seasonal menus. As well as the restaurant we also have an extensive bar menu at very affordable prices. You can now also enjoy a morning cappuccino from 11am.
